I graduated junior college, then went to a cooking college for a year. So I have got a qualification as a nutritionist & a cook.

Experienced working at 5-star hotel in Tokyo for 7 years,  some authentic Japanese restaurant in London for 8 years.

Passion : Use my experience to help those who are going to learn Japanese food.

Especially for new chefs who are willing to work as a chef in Japanese cuisine.
